Backhaus Missionary Care
Dr. Troy and Roma Jean Backhuus are missionaries with One Mission Society, serving in Missionary Care. Troy is the director of Missionary Care, and Roma Jean is a missionary care specialist. Troy has a passion for helping missionaries and training others in missionary care. He is excited about serving with OMS and partnering with missionaries to further the kingdom of God. OMS supports missionaries by providing spiritual, emotional, and relational health while on the field.
NEXT LEVEL Relational Network
Next Level Relational Network exists to pastor ministry leaders so they can lead healthy and high impact churches. They provide spiritual covering and support, strategy and resources to more effectively lead church staff, Brotherhood and Sisterhood groups, events and more.
John Woodward | New International
John Woodward works on recruiting, training, and sending church planters to New Zealand and Australia, and fund-raising for planting churches and training indigenous leaders. He is also heading up recruitment for all of New International's domestic and global ministries, from internships to career missions.
